The Australian Plants Society South East region aims to

promote an awareness of Australian native plants in our community, inform its members about native plants and act as a social group for people with an
interest in these plants.

Meetings
We meet every second month at a different location between Bateman's Bay and Eden and we also have extra outings on the south coast and beyond.

Members
There are currently about 90 members, making the group an active and friendly one.

Our members live mainly in the Eurobodalla and Bega Valley Shires but
anyone can join.

Bega Volleyball competition is held on Thursday nights from April to September in Bega's Indoor Sports Centre (part of the football grounds). This year we start the volleyball season with 4 training rounds: 17 March, 24 March, 31 March and 7 April.

We usually have 12 to 15 teams competing in two divisions. Players between the age of 12 and 50+ are participating. Teams require a minimum of 6 players on the court at all times, however we suggest to allow for at least one reserve player. Teams can be made up of females and males alike. You can enter the competion as an individual, and we can help you to find a team or you can nominate as a team. Our volleyball rules allow any combination of age and sex to form a team, there are teams formed by friends, family, school and work mates.
