The Bega Chamber Orchestra is based in Bega, NSW and is directed by Geoffrey Badger.
The BCO developed out of the Bega Valley String Orchestra and includes players of stringed, brass, woodwind and percussion instruments.
In 2007 the BCO performed a series of concerts with the Heartsong Choir which included Fauré's Requiem.
They played a series of concerts in May 2008 featuring Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf. The characters were acted out by members of Theatre Onset and the audiences totalled over 3000 people.
The orchestra is proudly supported by the Candelo Arts Society.
