Each year BASC travels to the Country Regional Championships that are held at different venues each year. This year the closest venue is Queanbeyan which is ideally suited as its not a big drive for us.
This is a great opportunity to have a club weekend away so we have booked some cabins at The Village Cabins in Queabeyan.
It turns out that we were very lucky to secure any accommodation as this weekend is a long weekend and accommodation is either booked out or you need to book 3 nights.

The Bega Amateur Swimming Club Annual Carnival was held on Sunday 9th November, 2008 and a great day was had by all.
130 swimmers from all over Southern Districts participated on what turned out to be a perfect day for a swimming carnival weatherwise.
