Phonognatha sp - Leaf rolling spider. They are common in the bush at Brogo. The web with it's central leaf is often across the path at face or chest height. If they are annoyingly hard to avoid, they are at least not inclined to bite when they find themselves tangled in your shirt:

Here she takes a quick foray away from her protecting leaf to gather in a small insect:

This spider nursery was woven into the topmost leaves of a native shrub (Haloragis exalata). The camera lens is peering through a nearly opaque silk weave to reveal hundreds of tiny hatchlings:
