Australian Mimosa Honey is a small bee keeping business located in the Bega Valley on the Far South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
Australian Mimosa Honey has diversified into bee's wax products including furniture and leather polish and now skin care products including lip balms and a soon to be released hand cream.
About 20 orchid enthusiasts from a wide area of the Far South Coast formed the Sapphire Coast Orchid Club in late 1982. The objective of the club was to share information and provide mutual assistance with orchid growing on the Far South Coast of NSW.
The Bega Valley Historical Society is committed to ongoing historic research and the dissemination of information. Operation of the Bega Pioneers' Museum which currently occupies the Family Hotel circa 1858, forms part of our work.
Some of our group joined up with one of the Climate Torches journeying around Australia on their way to Canberra.
