 - I cannot claim this image as mine - I am the human subject, and I merged the 2 images taken by my daughter Emma. All the following photos are taken by Graeme, however. The location is a little north of Mowarry Point, in Ben Boyd NP southern section, spring 2003. An adult humpback had passed travelling south very close to the rocky point seen. Further out to sea, others were playing around with breaching, tail slapping etc.
 - While on the whale subject, this was taken from the Catbalou spring 2004. This one is scanned from print image (Canon 500N). Most of the other photos were taken digitally with Olympus mju300D
 - Takako is a Japanese ski instructor, visiting my girls after our 2003 ski season finished. Of course she wanted to go to the beach. Takako and Jessica on North Long Beach in Ben Boyd NP now the northern section. Haycock Point in the background, showing why it was so named.
 - Takako, Jessica and Emma. Same walk in Haycock area.
 - Between Pambula Rivermouth and Haycock Point, same day as the above 2 photos. The reason for the name of this feature shines through.
 - Mt Imlay from home, late evening Jan 2005
 - There is a track out to North Head here, with a few obstacles especially at the start, but a lovely walk without travelling away from Eden to get started.
 - Looking back from somewhere along the North Head walk, which is over the cliff tops rather than at rockshelf level.
 - Arriving at North Head, surprised to find important business being discussed
 - the title says it.
 - one of the more accessible parts of Nadgee, and lovely too.
